Moroccan boxer Yasmine Mouttaki's Olympic journey ends in round of 16

Morocco's Yasmine Mouttaki was eliminated in the last 16 of the 50kg boxing event at the Paris Olympic Games (2024) on Sunday. She lost to the Philippines' Aira Villegas by unanimous decision of the judges (5-0).

National boxing is also represented at these Games by Khadija El Mardi (75 kg) and Widad Bertal (54 kg).

Morocco is participating in the 2024 Olympics with a delegation of 60 athletes (42 men, 18 women) representing 19 disciplines.
