A French citizen of Algerian origin has been arrested by Moroccan police in Fez, according to a statement by the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) on X, issued on Friday, August 16, 2024.
The suspect was wanted under an international arrest warrant issued by French judicial authorities and was the subject of a red notice by Interpol. He is also suspected of being connected to a criminal network involved in the international trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances.
