Operation Marhaba: Moroccan customs highlights services for MREs
DR

Morocco's Customs Administration (ADII) has reminded Moroccans residing abroad (MREs) of the information and assistance services available to them, particularly during the summer travel season, as part of Operation Marhaba.

In a statement, the ADII highlighted several communication tools, including a customs guide available in French and Arabic, a dedicated information portal on its website, and explanatory videos covering the temporary admission of foreign-registered vehicles, vehicle customs clearance, and the customs facilities and exemptions granted to MREs and travelers.

To handle inquiries, the administration has also set up an online platform for information requests and complaints, a digital office for submitting administrative correspondence, a dedicated hotline (+212 5 37 56 57 57) operating daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the summer, an email address ([email protected]) for suggestions, and a specialized advisory service ([email protected]) to assist MREs with customs issues related to investment projects.
