Gas cylinder explosion injures ten in Nouaceur province

10 people sustained burns and injuries, including three in critical condition, following the explosion of two gas cylinders on Wednesday evening inside a residential building in the Al Rahma neighborhood, local authorities in the Nouaceur province said.

The explosion also caused a partial collapse of the front facade of the building’s first three floors, authorities said.

Upon being alerted, local and security authorities, along with civil protection services, rushed to the scene to take the necessary measures. The injured were transported to Ibn Rochd University Hospital Center for medical treatment.
