6th French-Moroccan Notaries Conference : Secure investment opportunities in Morocco

The Regional Council of Notaries of Rabat and the Chamber of Notaries of Paris, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Morocco in Villemomble, are organizing the sixth edition of the French-Moroccan Notaries Conference under the theme: «Investing in Morocco: Incentives, Security, and Key Reforms».

The event will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 3 PM at the Maison du Maroc in Paris. It is open to Moroccans residing in France, as well as individuals and businesses interested in investment opportunities in Morocco.

This edition will bring together notaries from Rabat and Paris, alongside a high-level Moroccan delegation, including representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the General Directorate of Taxes, the Regional Treasury of Rabat, the Office des Changes, the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development, and the Regional Investment Center of Rabat.

The conference provides a key platform for dialogue and reflection, highlighting investment opportunities in Morocco and emphasizing the crucial role of notaries in securing transactions.

Alternating between Paris and Rabat, the Franco-Moroccan Notaries Conference is part of the twinning and partnership agreement signed in 2012 between the notaries of both countries.
