Qatari and Moroccan Interior Ministers discuss security cooperation in Doha

Sheikh Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Qatar's Minister of Interior, welcomed his Moroccan counterpart, Abdelouafi Laftit, at the National Command Center in Doha on Thursday, December 18.

The Qatar News Agency reported that the meeting focused on several topics of mutual interest. The two officials reviewed ongoing cooperation in security matters and explored ways to strengthen and expand this partnership to enhance collaborative efforts.

After the discussions, Minister Laftit toured the center, where he received an overview of its operations. He was introduced to the center's command and control systems and the cutting-edge technologies employed in monitoring, analysis, decision-making support, and the management of events and crises.
