The Middle East Business Aviation Association (MEBAA), is promoting its upcoming event during the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) which will be held in Morocco on September, Flight Global reports.
The event unlike 2015, will be organized in Marrakech to host the annual MEBAA show. «The country is close to Europe and the government is promoting itself as the finance centre for the region. It has also become much easier to obtain a license to operate business aircraft there», Ali Anaqbi, funding and executive chairman of MEBAA told the same source.
Several companies have signed up for the MEBAA show in Marrakech namely Boeing, Gulfstream alongside other service providers such as Jet Aviation, Jetex, and Air Ocean Maroc.
MEBAA was created in 2007 with the objective of serving «the needs of the Middle East and North Africa business aviation association members in ways that enhance safety, security, efficiency and acceptance of business aviation throughout the region», as mentioned on the association's official website.
