French coach Hervé Renard, who currently manages the Moroccan national football team, has announced in an interview with Le Parisien, Saturday, that his daughter had been sexually assaulted by one of the French reality game show Koh Lanta's participants, reports BFMTV.

Candide Renard, who participates to the above-mentioned show, claimed that one of the participants has allegedly sexually assaulted her on the night of the 4th to the 5th day of shooting in Fiji. The name of the 21-year-old young woman was not revealed when TF1, the network broadcasting the reality game show, announced Friday that one of the contestants have been accused of sexual assault.

Speaking to Le Parisien, Renard confirmed that the assaulted young woman was his daughter, stressing that he would take the necessary legal proceedings.

Meanwhile, Koh Lanta's producer Adventure Line Productions has refused to comment on the incident, indicating that the shooting was canceled.

Renard's daughter has left Fiji, heading to France after being assissted by Koh Lanta's psychological unit.

This is not the first time that Candide Renard claims having been assaulted. During her visit to Côte d'Ivoire to watch the Atlas Lions playing against the Ivorian Elephants, Candide said she was stretchered out of the stadium after being 'beaten' by Ivory Coast security after their loss against Morocco.

Other reports suggest that the young girl was trying to meet her father outside the dressing-rooms after the game before being beaten by «baton-wielding security guards», says The Sun.
