Morocco and Ethiopia to speed up the implementation of agreements signed in 2016

Minister delegate to the minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in charge of African Cooperation, Mohcine Jazouli, held a series of meetings in Addis Ababa with many senior Ethiopian government officials, focusing in particular on examining ways and means to speed up the implementation of the 13 agreements signed between the two countries during King Mohammed VI's visit to Ethiopia in November 2016.

These meetings, held on the margins of the Sixth retreat of the Executive council of the African Union on the reform of the AU Commission, held in the Ethiopian capital on September 12-13, also tackled ways to consider major joint projects in the fields of agriculture, energy, agro-industry, air transport and many other sectors.

Jazouli met with the deputy minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of Economic Diplomacy and Diaspora Affairs, the minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the minister of Irrigation, Energy and Power and the minister of Public Enterprises.
