Taroudant floods : Body of missing person found

The dead body of a person who was missing following the flash floods that hit the province of Taroudant was found Monday at Oued Tlat (Ifrni Douar), said local authorities.

The body was found 20 km away from the scene as part of the search carried out by local authorities, the Royal Gendarmerie, the Auxiliary Forces, the Civil Protection, elected officials and civil society since Aug. 28, 2019.

The body will be sent to the morgue of Agadir's regional hospital to conduct an autopsy in order to confirm his identity under the supervision of the relevant public prosecutor's office, according to the same source.
