The ruins of the Lincoln Hotel in Casablanca will finally be saved. The Casablanca Urban Agency and the French territorial development group Realites signed, Tuesday, an agreement for the refurbishment of the emblematic building.

This agreement is related to the first stage of the project and is expected to define the roles of the two signatories, a communiqué revealed.

The two agencies are planning to make of the falling apart building a 5-star hotel, all while preserving its original architecture and its style, initially designed by Hubert Bride.

With a gross floor area of 13,500 m², the planned program will include, in addition to the hotel, coworking spaces, a concept store, a rooftop offering a spa, a fitness area, a restaurant and a swimming pool.
