Four migrants who claimed to be from Morocco have been found in a cargo ship in Great Yarmouth, a resort town on the east coast of England.

According to local online newspaper the Great Yarmouth Mercury, the four Moroccan migrants, who are minors, were on board a commercial vessel called Anetta. The latter had sailed from Belgian port Zeebrugge and arrived Sunday morning at the Great Yarmouth harbor.

«They were all found to be minors and have been placed into the care of social services», the city’s Border Force said in a statement. «Their cases will be dealt with according to the immigration rules», it added.

According to the same source, it is not the first time that migrants «have been stopped attempting» to irregularly cross the Norfolk coast.
