Covid-19 : 92 new cases confirmed in Morocco, 1,113 in total

Ninety-two (92) new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Morocco, bringing to 1,113 the total number of Covid-19 infections, announced the ministry of Health.

The number of recoveries stands at 76, while the death toll has increased to 71, said the ministry on the portal "www.covidmaroc.ma".

In addition, the number of cases excluded after negative laboratory results amounts to 3,954, according to the same source.

The 1,113 positive cases were reported in the regions of Casa-Settat (327), Marrakech Safi (212), Rabat Salé Kenitra (187), Fez-Meknes (142), Tangier Tetouan Al Hoceima (91), the Eastern region (59), Daraa-tafilalet, (43), Beni Mellal-Khenifra (28), Souss-Massa (19), Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra (4) and Guelmim Oued Noun (1), specified the ministry, noting that the region of Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab has not recorded any cases.
