Coronavirus : 118 new confirmed cases in Morocco, 4,687 in total

One hundred and eighteen (118) additional coronavirus cases were confirmed in Morocco between Friday and Saturday, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 4,687, the Ministry of Health said.

The number of recoveries rose to 1,235 with 152 new ones, while the number of fatalities rose to 172 cases, the ministry said.

In addition, the number of cases excluded after negative results of laboratory tests is 33,415, according to the same source.

The ministry invites citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health security, as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by showing responsibility and patriotism.
