Morocco records 77 coronavirus cases, 9,074 in total

77 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Wednesday evening and Thursday in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 9,074, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 479,873 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 213, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 8,041.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 32.66% in Casablanca-Settat, 18.26% in Marrakech-Safi, 15.49% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 11.73% in Fez-Meknes, 6.46% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 10.09% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.20% in the Oriental region, 1.43% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 0.99% in Souss Massa, 0.54% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.06% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.08% in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
