The maritime shipping company GNV, part of the MSC group, is gearing up for the new season with the arrival of two new Ro-Pax vessels, GNV Sirio and GNV Auriga, bolstering its fleet on Italian routes. This brings their total to 28 ships, serving 31 routes across 7 countries. Notably, the Almeria-Nador line to Morocco will also reopen next June.

Both GNV Sirio and GNV Auriga can accommodate over 2,900 passengers each and offer spacious, comfortable facilities. Passengers can enjoy 319 cabins, a relaxation area, two bars, a restaurant, a children's entertainment space, a shop, elevators on every deck, and even a dedicated pet area. These additions ensure high-quality services for all passengers and crew.

In a statement, Matteo Catani, President and General Manager of GNV, highlighted the significance of the new vessels. «The addition of these ships is a crucial step... This also presents an exceptional opportunity to strengthen our presence in the Mediterranean, particularly towards Sicily and Sardinia, which are key destinations for our company. It reaffirms our commitment to this vital market for GNV's growt».

GNV's preparations for the new season encompass a full range of Mediterranean services. In addition to the Italian line additions, reservations are now open for the Almeria-Nador (Morocco) line, reopening between June and September to coincide with the annual «Marhaba» operation.
