National coach Walid Regragui has added Raja Casablanca player Youssef Belammari to the Atlas Lions' training camp ahead of their upcoming matches against the Central African Republic. These encounters, part of the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, will take place on October 12 and 15 at the Stade d'Honneur in Oujda.
Belammari's call-up is in response to the absence of Noussair Mazraoui, who was unable to join the national team due to an injury sustained with his English club Manchester United. This announcement was made by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation in a statement on their website.
