Rabat to host the draw for Afcon 2025 on January 27

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced that Rabat will host the draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations finals, set to take place in Morocco, on January 27, 2025.

The opening match will be played on December 21, 2025, while the final match of the continent's premier football tournament will take place on January 18, 2026.

These decisions were made during the meeting of the CAF Executive Bureau, which was held in Marrakech on Monday morning.
