Morocco's National Tourist Office (ONMT) has strengthened air connectivity to Ouarzazate and Dakhla by expanding its partnership with Transavia, adding a third weekly direct flight from Paris-Orly to each destination, according to a press release.
Ouarzazate will now be served every Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, while Dakhla will have flights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The additional frequencies will operate throughout the summer season until October 31, 2026, and ONMT said discussions are already underway with Transavia to maintain the expanded schedule during the winter season.
The office said the move is part of its strategy to improve access to high-potential destinations, support local tourism ecosystems and promote more balanced tourism development across Morocco.
