Morocco's national football team dropped two places to 45th spot in April’s FIFA monthly world ranking released on Thursday.
At the continental level, Morocco, with a total of 1,429 points, is in 4th position behind Senegal (1,515 pts), Tunisia (1,491 pts) and Nigeria (1,435 pts). The Atlas Lions are ahead of Cameroon (54th), Egypt (57th), Côte d'Ivoire (65th) and Algeria (70th).
Belgium retains top spot ahead of world champions France and five-time world champions Brazil.
