Coronavirus : 127 new cases recorded in Morocco, mainly in Casablanca, Tangier and Marrakech

127 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco between Thursday evening and Friday morning, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 11,465, the Health Ministry announced.

The total number of recoveries is at 8,560 with 60 new recoveries and the death toll is at 217.

These new cases were recorded in the regions of Casablanca-Settat (57 cases), Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima (21), Marrakech-Safi (21), Fès-Meknès (13), Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra (8 cases), Béni Mellal-Khénifra (3 cases), Rabat-Salé-Kénitra (two cases) and Guelmim-Oued Noun (one case).
