From October 29 to November 5, the Moroccan Embassy in Canberra will be organizing a mobile consulate for Moroccan nationals residing in Australia. This mission aims to provide easier access to embassy services, particularly for the issuance of the electronic national identity card (CNIE), including initial CNIE applications for Moroccan youth over the age of 12, according to an embassy press release.

The consular team will be available in Canberra on October 29, in Sydney on November 2, in Melbourne on November 3, and in Perth on November 5.

In 2022, the Moroccan Embassy also conducted a mobile consulate mission, visiting Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane. This initiative marked the first time since 2014 that such extensive consular services were made available to the Moroccan community across Australia.
