Lieutenant General Mohammed Berrid, Inspector General of the FAR and Commander of the Southern Zone, received Lieutenant General Fayyad Ben Hamad Al-Ruwaili, Chief of the General Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces, at the FAR General Staff headquarters in Rabat on Tuesday. Lieutenant General Al-Ruwaili is on a working visit to Morocco from October 28 to November 2, 2024, heading a large military delegation.
The discussions, held in the presence of the Saudi ambassador to Rabat, the military attaché to the Saudi embassy in Morocco, heads of offices from the FAR General Staff, and inspectors from the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy, focused on opportunities to further develop areas of military cooperation and ways to strengthen them, according to a statement from the FAR General Staff.
