Sandstorms and strong winds expected Thursday in Morocco

Strong gusts of wind accompanied by sandstorms are expected on Thursday in certain provinces of the Kingdom, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) announced on Wednesday.

These gusts (70-80 km/h) are anticipated on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the provinces of Errachidia, Midelt, Boulemane, Figuig, Jerada, and Taourirt, the DGM specified in a weather alert bulletin with an orange level of vigilance.
