Morocco's national karate team finished third overall at the 20th Mohammed VI International Cup, held in Rabat, after securing four medals: one gold, one silver and two bronze.

The team's sole gold medal was won by Saïd Oubaya in the men's kumite (-67 kg), following a narrow 7-6 victory over Jordan's Ghaith Afif in the final.

In the women's competition, Sawsane Benchbab claimed silver in the -61 kg category, while Ahmed Haddadi (-60 kg) and Mehdi Sriti (-84 kg) added two bronze medals to Morocco's tally.

Japan topped the overall standings with three gold medals, three silver and six bronze, while Italy finished second with two gold medals and four bronze, ahead of Morocco in third place.

The tournament brought together 369 athletes from 60 countries at the indoor arena of the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat. Organized by the Royal Moroccan Federation of Karate and Associated Disciplines, the event served as the fourth and final stage of the inaugural Karate1 Premier League season, following earlier rounds in Turkey, Italy and China.
