The Spanish authorities fear that convicted terror convicts enter its territory as migrants after King Mohammed VI amnestied on August the 20th 428 inmates, says Okdiario. The list includes people who have been sentenced for terror-related crimes and who are «trying to enter Spain illegally», said the same source.

The Spanish authorities believe that the current migration flows, the country is dealing with might enable the entry of these convicts. Twenty-two of the pardoned prisoners were convicted for their involvement in terrorist and extremist cells, the Moroccan Ministry of Justice said in a statement.

Spanish security sources contacted by Okdiario assume that the initiative conducted by the Moroccan sovereign will «make their mission more dangerous and difficult».
