Morocco foils attempt by 400 sub-Saharans to storm into Ceuta

A mass attempt by around 400 Sub-Saharan irregular immigrants to storm into the city of Ceuta, through Belyounech, was foiled Sunday morning, M'diq-Fnideq local authorities said.

Following this security operation, 24 people were injured among law enforcement authorities and some irregular immigrants, who were transferred to the hospitals of Fnideq and Mdiq to receive the necessary care, according to the same source.

It added that the assailants were brought before the competent security services to complete the investigation.
