Archeologists from the Lumiere University Lyon 2 have discovered a medieval treasure near the Cluny Abby ancient monastery in France, containing a number of Islamic dinars. Accordingly, the excavated coins are believed to be coming from the large region of Islamic Andalusia which was controlled by Moroccan dynasties in the 12th century.
