Morocco’s head of government Saadeddine El Othmani rejected accusations against his party and Morocco following deal with Israel.
The head of the Moroccan Observatory Against Normalization, Ahmed Ouihmane, said the «Zionists aspire to establish a Jewish state in Morocco». The anti-normalization activist, inspired by several conspiracy theories, claimed that Hirak protests in Al Hoceima would have been part of a «Zionist plan».
In the 1970s, second generation Jewish immigrants of Middle Eastern and North African descent created a social movement to protest against discrimination. The movement was inspired by African American formation Black Panthers and was headed by Morocco-born activists.
