The Court of Justice of the European Union has accepted the examination of the Polisario's complaint about the EU's decision to integrate products from the Sahara into the new association agreement with Morocco.
Strasbourg-native Alain Polomack, accused in 2008 and then in 2018 of «fraud» in France and Tunisia, is now eyeing Morocco. The Frenchman said on Facebook on Saturday that the European Union plans to «order 10 billion face masks from Morocco in the coming days like other countries».
Having the EU-Morocco association agreement cover products originating from Western Sahara is a new challenge to Morocco. The decision was announced Tuesday through the Official Journal of the European Union.
