Storms and heavy rain expected in Morocco on Sunday

Strong thunderstorms accompanied by localized heavy showers and gusty winds are anticipated this Sunday in specific provinces across Morocco, announced the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).

These storms, expected to deliver between 20 and 30 mm of rainfall, are forecasted to occur from 2 PM to 10 PM in the provinces of Jerada, Figuig, Boulemane, Midelt, Ouarzazate, and Azilal. This information comes from a weather alert bulletin issued by the DGM, indicating an orange level of vigilance.
