1,737 new recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom to 46,355.
33 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,111. These deaths were recorded in Marrakech, 7 in Casablanca, 4 in Fès, 2 in Meknes, 1 in Errachidia, 1 in Midelt, 1 in Ouarzazate, 1 in Safi, 1 in El Youssoufia, 1 in Kelâa des Sraghna, 1 in Larache, 1 in Agadir, 1 in Tiznit, 1 in Tangier, 1 in Taza and 1 in Boulemane
The country now has 13,933 active cases under treatment. The number of critically ill patients reached 195, including 42 on ventilatos. 16of them are in Casablanca-Settat, 12 in Fez-Meknès, 6 in Marrakech-Safi, 4 in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, 2 in Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma, 1 in Drâa-Tafilalet and 1 in the Oriental.
Casablanca-Settat records 431 cases : 362 in Casablanca, 16 in Mediouna, 15 in Mohammedia, 13 in Nouaceur, 7 in Settat, 7 in Berrechid , 6 in Benslimane, 3 in El Jadida and 2 in Sidi Bennour.
Next comes Marrakech-Safi with 215 new cases : 113 in Marrakech, 49 in Al Haouz, 22 in Kelaa des Sraghna, 20 in El Youssoufia, 5 in Rehamna, 3 in Chichaouia and 3 in Essaouira. Drâa-Tafilalet has 191 cases : 90 in Errachidia, 33 in Midelt, 33 in Zagora, 26 in Ouarzazate and 9 in Tinghir.
Fez-Meknes follows with 133 new infections : 44 in Fez, 28 in Meknes, 21 in Taza, 16 in Boulemane, 13 in Taounate, 6 in Sefrou and 5 in Ifrane. Rabat-Salé-Kénitra recorded 127 cases : 44 in Skhirat-Témara, 32 in Kénitra, 23 in Rabat, 22 in Sale, 5 in Sidi Slimane and 1 in Khemisset.
Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma recorded 89 new infections : 62 in Tangier, 6 in Tetouan, 6 in M'diq-Fnidek, 11 in Larache, 2 in Al Hoceïma, 1 in Chefchaouen and 1 in Ouezzane. The Beni Mellal-Khénifra region confirmed 64 cases : 22 in Khouribga, 15 in Azilal, 13 in Khénifra, 8 in Fqih Ben Salah and 6 in Beni Mellal. In Souss-Massa, 44 cases were confirmed : 26 in Agadir Ida Outanane, 7 in Inezgane Aït Melloul, 7 in Tata, 3 in Tiznit and 1 in Chtouka Aït Baha.
In the Eastern region, 28 infections were confirmed : 10 in Nador, 9 in Oujda-Angad, 4 in Guercif, 4 in Taourirt and 1 in the province of Driouch. Guelmim-Oued Noun for its part confirmed 12 cases : 5 in Guelmim, 4 in Tan Tan and 3 in Sidi Ifni. Laayoune-Es Sakia El Hamra recorded 6 : 3 in Laayoune, 2 in Boujdour and 1 in the province of Tarfaya. Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab confirmed 3 cases, all in the province of Oued Ed Dahab.
